wedding package lovely ceremony great food relaxed ambience
the room was prepared beautifully. the wedding ceremony was really lovely, and much care had gone into every detail. It made the day special. the food was great throughout my stay. the ambience in the hotel was very relaxed, with a lot available for those who wanted activities.
the pool needed a little maintenance as some tiles were missing.

Relaxing Getaway Experience

The room was nice and large, it overlooked the gardens and pool, a nice view. Clean towels were always available at the pool area. I appreciated that detail. I loved the swim-up pool bar, they had a great happy hour, though. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast included Western and Asian selections, I tried local Indonesian food.
My room was spacious though the furniture needed some tender loving care. It was slightly outdated.

The hotel has a nice Japanese Restaurant with many dining options, , made choosing very interesting, though difficult! I must commend Mba Ratna for facilitating my order quickly and efficiently. Service was great.

The hotel is located close to the sea. It is a pleasant short walk to the beach. I noticed the beach had nice sand and calm waters, which I prefer. It was a relaxing experience.

The reception team gave me a warm welcome upon arrival. The check-in and check-out processes were efficient. Staff were always ready to help, the team is very professional, though there was a small queue at times.

The hotel has an amazing pool with a swim-up bar. I used also the steam room, it was very clean. The hotel has beachfront vibes, there are enough sunbeds around the pool. I never had problems finding free ones.
